Road Race – April 19, 2015

18 riders showed up for a beautiful day for a road race in Cecil Lake. It was and exciting 4 man sprint finish with Chris Haugan taking the win. Roger St Jean was hot on his heels in second, Tate Haugan third and Jon Obie in fourth all 4 crossed the line with a time of 1:45:37.

Fifth place was Dawit Feyissa with a time of 1:49:08 and another 4 man sprint for 6th place with Davide Loro taking it over newcomer Barry Brandl with times of 1:50:38. 8th was Richard wood at 1:50:45 and Pat Ferris in 9th at 1:50:47. Emily Shaw beat out Sam Keats and Kevin Shaw for 10th with a time of 2:03:07 with Sam taking 11th and Kevin taking 12th.

There was also a short 20km course today with Jamie Gamble taking that with a time of 51:28 followed by Dian Loro and Holly Christian who finished at the same time with a time of 54:50.
On a extended shorter course Nicki Haugen crossed at 1:04:22 followed by Bailey Haugan at !;28:47 and Ty Haugen had a flat today at the 20km mark and did not finish.
